Bank Negara accounted for 9.34% of all customer loans issued in Indonesia at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in customer loans reached an all time high of 9.92% in 2004 and an all time low of 6.97% in 2012.
That's compared to a 9.74% market share the bank held in terms of total assets at the end of 2017.
