Based on a comparison of 167 countries in 2021, Libya ranked the highest in total natural resources rents as a percentage of GDP with 61.0% followed by Iraq and Congo (DRC). On the other end of the scale was Iceland with < 0.001%, Singapore with < 0.001% and Macao with < 0.001%.
