Based on a comparison of 237 countries in 2100, India ranked the highest in total births with 13.2 mil followed by Congo (DRC) and Nigeria. On the other end of the scale was Holy See with < 0.001 mil, Saint Pierre and Miquelon with < 0.001 mil and Falkland Islands with < 0.001 mil.
