Based on a comparison of 65 countries in 2023, Puerto Rico ranked the highest in textiles and clothing as a share of value added in manufacturing with 2,303% followed by Azerbaijan and Uruguay. On the other end of the scale was Panama with 1.87%, South Africa with 1.79% and Iceland with 3.59%.
