Based on a comparison of 178 countries in 2023, Liechtenstein ranked the highest in sex ratio at birth in terms of females per 1,000 males with 1,163 followed by Azerbaijan and Vietnam. On the other end of the scale was Zambia with 1,011, Namibia with 1,011 and Malawi with 1,014.
