Based on a comparison of 43 countries in 2024, Madagascar ranked the highest in risk premium on lending with 42.9% followed by Brazil and Malawi. On the other end of the scale was South Sudan with -4.12%, Egypt with -4.17% and Bangladesh with 2.09%.
