Based on a comparison of 153 countries in 2022, Swaziland ranked the highest in prevalence of HIV as a percentage of population aged 15-49 years with 25.9% followed by Lesotho and South Africa. On the other end of the scale was Mongolia with 0.100%, Syria with 0.100% and Sudan with 0.100%.
