Based on a comparison of 131 countries in 2024, China ranked the highest in number of teachers in secondary education with 7,408 '000 followed by India and Pakistan. On the other end of the scale was Nauru with 0.038 '000, Tuvalu with 0.209 '000 and Palau with 0.169 '000.
