Net Foreign Assets (Local Currency) in Japan

Net foreign assets reached JPY 78,973 bil in 2024 in Japan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 12.1% less than in the previous year.

Historically, net foreign assets in Japan reached an all time high of JPY 108,925 bil in 2007 and an all time low of JPY -30,521 bil in 1990.
