Based on a comparison of 65 countries in 2023, United Arab Emirates ranked the highest in literacy rate among youth aged 15-24 years with 100% followed by Uzbekistan and Georgia. On the other end of the scale was Chad with 36.1%, Niger with 48.2% and Burkina Faso with 47.0%.
