Based on a comparison of 167 countries in 2021, Estonia ranked the highest in freshwater withdrawals from industry as a percentage of total with 92.1% followed by Belgium and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Senegal with 0.047%, Nicaragua with 0.049% and Somalia with 0.061%.
