Foreign debt reached USD 8,616 bil in 2023 in Montenegro, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.36% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt in Montenegro reached an all time high of USD 10,369 bil in 2020 and an all time low of USD 0.032 bil in 2001.
