Foreign debt reached USD 14,533 bil in 2023 in Azerbaijan, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 4.87% less than in the previous year.
Historically, foreign debt in Azerbaijan reached an all time high of USD 16,583 bil in 2018 and an all time low of USD 35.5 bil in 1993.
Azerbaijan has been ranked 57th within the group of 110 countries we follow in terms of foreign debt.
