Fixed Line Penetration (As % of Population)

Based on a comparison of 174 countries in 2023, Monaco ranked the highest in fixed line penetration as a percentage of population with 110% followed by France and Portugal. On the other end of the scale was Sierra Leone with 0.003%, Benin with 0.011% and Madagascar with 0.129%.
