Based on a comparison of 120 countries in 2023, Qatar ranked the highest in female to male tertiary enrollment rate with 179% followed by Maldives and Suriname. On the other end of the scale was Benin with 56.3%, Congo with 67.0% and Burkina Faso with 62.4%.
