Based on a comparison of 172 countries in 2023, East Timor ranked the highest in Employers, Female (As % of Employment) with 16.2% followed by Djibouti and Azerbaijan. On the other end of the scale was Moldova with 0.221%, Pakistan with 0.092% and Ethiopia with 0.118%.
