Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2020, China ranked the highest in dissolving wood pulp with 1,800,000 kt followed by USA and South Africa. On the other end of the scale was Iran with 2,500 kt, Hungary with 21,000 kt and Spain with 60,000 kt.
