Based on a comparison of 237 countries in 2100, Ivory Coast ranked the highest in crude birth rate per 1,000 people with 16.5 births followed by Chad and Congo (DRC). On the other end of the scale was Hong Kong with 2.72 births, Puerto Rico with 4.55 births and Macao with 4.58 births.
