Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2022, Macedonia ranked the highest in births attended by skilled health staff as a share of total with 100% followed by Lithuania and Azerbaijan. On the other end of the scale was Niger with 43.7%, Madagascar with 45.8% and Nigeria with 50.7%.
