Bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities reached 101% in fourth quarter of 2024 in Pakistan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 10.3% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities in Pakistan reached an all time high of 113% in 3Q2024 and an all time low of 36.8% in 4Q2008.
Pakistan has been ranked 11th within the group of 85 countries we follow in terms of bank liquid assets as a share of short-term liabilities.
