Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2015, Finland ranked the highest in petrol passenger cars as a share of total cars with 93.6% followed by Cyprus and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Lithuania with 26.1%, Turkey with 27.7% and France with 29.8%.
