Historically, urban population growth in Ukraine reached an all time high of 2.93% in 1961 and an all time low of -8.17% in 2023. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, urban population growth in Poland amounted to -0.176%, 0.431% in Romania and 0.084% in Russia in 2024.
