Historically, the bank’s loans reached an all time high of CZK 591,926 mil in 4Q2023 and an all time low of CZK 166,520 mil in 3Q2009.
In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 5.85%.
At the end of first quarter of 2025, UniCredit Bank Czecho-Slovakia's loans accounted for 79.0% of total deposits and 55.5% of total assets.
Mortgage loans represented 31.0% of the bank's loan book at the end of the year 1Q2025, consumer further 4.28% and corporate loans 47.7% of total loans.
