UniCredit Bank Czecho-Slovakia's capital adequacy ratio reached 23.4% at the end of 2024, up from 22.5% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 23.4% in 2020 and an all time low of 14.4% in 2014.
The Tier 1 ratio amounted to 22.9% at the end of 2024, up from 22.4% compared to a year earlier.
Bank's loan to deposit ratio reached 89.6% at the end of 2024, down from 97.4% when compared to the previous year. Some 10 years ago, loan to deposit ratio of the bank amounted to 103%.
Comparing UniCredit Bank Czecho-Slovakia with its closest peers, Ceska Sporitelna ended the year 2024 with a capital adequacy ratio at 18.6% and loans to deposits of 72.6%, CSOB with 20.6% and 70.7% respectively and Komercni Banka some 18.8% in terms of capital adequacy and 72.6% of loans to deposits at the end of 2024.
