Historically, timber removals in Armenia reached an all time high of 2,076 '000 cbm in 2012 and an all time low of 42.7 '000 cbm in 2005. When compared to Armenia's main peers, timber removals in Azerbaijan amounted to 425 '000 cbm, 643 '000 cbm in Georgia, 782 '000 cbm in Iran and 24,642 '000 cbm in Turkey in 2015.
