Historically, timber removals in Brazil reached an all time high of 266,769 '000 cbm in 2012 and an all time low of 104,812 '000 cbm in 1961. When compared to Brazil's main peers, timber removals in Bolivia amounted to 3,387 '000 cbm, 8,395 '000 cbm in Peru and 5,552 '000 cbm in Venezuela in 2015.
