Historically, recovered paper production in Lithuania reached an all time high of 207,000 kt in 2018 and an all time low of 23,000 kt in 1993. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, recovered paper production in Belarus amounted to 30,000 kt, 90,000 kt in Estonia, 70,000 kt in Latvia and 3,450,000 kt in Russia in 2018.
