Historically, recovered paper production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 725,000 kt in 2018 and an all time low of 147,000 kt in 2015. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, recovered paper production in Poland amounted to 2,800,000 kt, 500,000 kt in Romania and 3,450,000 kt in Russia in 2018.
