Historically, recovered paper production in Brunei reached an all time high of 21,000 kt in 2011 and an all time low of 3,000 kt in 2012. When compared to Brunei's main peers, recovered paper production in Indonesia amounted to 3,934,000 kt, 1,200,000 kt in Malaysia, 854,500 kt in Philippines and 120,000 kt in Vietnam in 2016.
