Historically, production of wood-based panels in Belarus reached an all time high of 5,071,068 '000 cbm in 2018 and an all time low of 373,000 '000 cbm in 1996. When compared to Belarus's main peers, production of wood-based panels in Lithuania amounted to 856,500 '000 cbm, 11,355,000 '000 cbm in Poland, 17,334,000 '000 cbm in Russia and 2,195,700 '000 cbm in Ukraine in 2018.
Belarus has been ranked 13th within the group of 118 countries we follow in terms of production of wood-based panels, 21 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
