Production of wood-based panels rose 0% to 2,195,700 '000 cbm in Ukraine in 2018, according to Faostat.
Historically, production of wood-based panels in Ukraine reached an all time high of 2,267,700 '000 cbm in 2016 and an all time low of 355,000 '000 cbm in 1998. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, production of wood-based panels in Poland amounted to 11,355,000 '000 cbm, 5,315,974 '000 cbm in Romania and 17,334,000 '000 cbm in Russia in 2018.
Ukraine has been ranked 23rd within the group of 118 countries we follow in terms of production of wood-based panels, 1 place below the position seen 10 years ago.
