Historically, production of sawlogs and veneer logs in Estonia reached an all time high of 5,000,000 '000 cbm in 2018 and an all time low of 515,000 '000 cbm in 1992. When compared to Estonia's main peers, production of sawlogs and veneer logs in Finland amounted to 26,383,958 '000 cbm, 7,300,000 '000 cbm in Latvia, 3,700,000 '000 cbm in Lithuania and 147,173,816 '000 cbm in Russia in 2018.
