Historically, production of sawlogs and veneer logs in Serbia reached an all time high of 1,410,000 '000 cbm in 2008 and an all time low of 1,058,000 '000 cbm in 2006. When compared to Serbia's main peers, production of sawlogs and veneer logs in Bosnia and Herzegovina amounted to 2,152,960 '000 cbm, 2,402,013 '000 cbm in Croatia, 1,129,628 '000 cbm in Hungary and 8,292,836 '000 cbm in Romania in 2016.
