Historically, production of sawlogs and veneer logs in Vietnam reached an all time high of 16,300,000 '000 cbm in 2018 and an all time low of 705,000 '000 cbm in 1967. When compared to Vietnam's main peers, production of sawlogs and veneer logs in Cambodia amounted to 313,000 '000 cbm, 96,352,000 '000 cbm in China, 1,300,000 '000 cbm in Laos and 6,200,000 '000 cbm in Thailand in 2018.
