Production of dry chilli and pepper fell 0.419% to 318,063 tonnes in China in 2022, according to Faostat.

Historically, production of dry chilli and pepper in China reached an all time high of 323,421 tonnes in 2018 and an all time low of 63,000 tonnes in 1961.
