Historically, production of case materials in the Czech Republic reached an all time high of 297,585 kt in 2009 and an all time low of 129,000 kt in 2001. When compared to Czech Republic's main peers, production of case materials in Austria amounted to 1,231,961 kt, 715,000 kt in Hungary, 2,295,000 kt in Poland and 61,000 kt in Slovakia in 2018.
