Production of cars per 1,000 people rose 10.6% to 22.1 vehicles in Malaysia in 2023, according to ACEA.
Historically, production of cars per 1,000 people in Malaysia reached an all time high of 22.1 vehicles in 2023 and an all time low of 5.15 vehicles in 1992.
Malaysia has been ranked 13th within the group of 49 countries we follow in terms of production of cars per 1,000 people, 1 place above the position seen 10 years ago.
