Production of cabbage and other brassica fell 11.3% to 650 kt in Germany in 2022, according to Faostat.

Historically, production of cabbage and other brassica in Germany reached an all time high of 1,075 kt in 1985 and an all time low of 604 kt in 2018. When compared to Germany's main peers, production of cabbage and other brassica in Austria amounted to 66.5 kt, 110 kt in Belgium, 163 kt in France and 688 kt in Poland in 2022.
