Historically, price of cigarettes as a percentage of average U.S. price in Sweden reached an all time high of 137% in 2014 and an all time low of 114% in 2016. When compared to Sweden's main peers, price of cigarettes as a percentage of average U.S. price in Denmark amounted to 102%, 106% in Finland, 197% in Norway and 24.4% in Russia in 2016.
