Portfolio investments rose 1.00% yoy to USD 2,470 mil in Lithuania in 1Q2025, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 191% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, portfolio investments in Lithuania reached an all time high of USD 2,521 mil in 2Q2022 and an all time low of USD -1,760 mil in 1Q2021. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, portfolio investments in Belarus amounted to USD 66.1 mil, USD 499 mil in Estonia, USD 1,048 mil in Latvia and USD -59.8 mil in Russia in 1Q2025.
