Historically, plywood production in Malaysia reached an all time high of 5,481,000 '000 cbm in 2007 and an all time low of 7,000 '000 cbm in 1961. When compared to Malaysia's main peers, plywood production in Cambodia amounted to 27,000 '000 cbm, 280,000 '000 cbm in Singapore, 120,000 '000 cbm in Thailand and 850,000 '000 cbm in Vietnam in 2016.
