Historically, plywood production in Cyprus reached an all time high of 4,200 '000 cbm in 2001 and an all time low of 5.00 '000 cbm in 2014. When compared to Cyprus's main peers, plywood production in Egypt amounted to 28,000 '000 cbm, 21,000 '000 cbm in Greece, 109,000 '000 cbm in Israel and 112,000 '000 cbm in Turkey in 2018.
