Historically, paper and paperboard production in Ukraine reached an all time high of 1,052,810 kt in 2012 and an all time low of 55,300 kt in 1994. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, paper and paperboard production in Poland amounted to 3,998,000 kt, 506,675 kt in Romania and 6,556,000 kt in Russia in 2018.
