Historically, paper and board production excluding newsprint in Lithuania reached an all time high of 156,518 kt in 2011 and an all time low of 22,900 kt in 1994. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, paper and board production excluding newsprint in Belarus amounted to 317,000 kt, 76,300 kt in Estonia, 16,000 kt in Latvia and 7,521,000 kt in Russia in 2018.
