Number of manufactured cigarettes sold per day per capita fell 2.31% to 3.26 per day in Italy in 2016, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, number of manufactured cigarettes sold per day per capita in Italy reached an all time high of 5.10 per day in 1985 and an all time low of 2.26 per day in 1956.
