Historically, net foreign assets in Bulgaria reached an all time high of BGN 90.3 bil in 2024 and an all time low of BGN -0.340 bil in 1993. When compared to Bulgaria's main peers, net foreign assets in Greece amounted to EUR 76.3 bil, RON 341 bil in Romania, RSD 3,143 bil in Serbia and TRY 652 bil in Turkey in 2024.
