Net foreign assets rose 15.0% to EUR 76.3 bil in Greece in 2024, according to the National Central Bank.

Historically, net foreign assets in Greece reached an all time high of EUR 76.3 bil in 2024 and an all time low of EUR -64.4 bil in 2011. When compared to Greece's main peers, net foreign assets in Albania amounted to ALL 1,005 bil, BGN 90.3 bil in Bulgaria, MKD 282 bil in Macedonia and TRY 652 bil in Turkey in 2024.
