Average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted rose 15.1% yoy to 5.34% in Czechia in 3Q2023, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 2.08% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted in Czechia reached an all time high of 5.74% in 3Q2008 and an all time low of 1.96% in 4Q2016.
