Average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted fell 13.2% yoy to 7.78% in Poland in September 2023, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 2.75% less than in the previous month.
Historically, average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted in Poland reached an all time high of 9.32% in November 2022 and an all time low of 2.82% in April 2021.
