Average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted fell 10.0% yoy to 8.07% in Poland in 3Q2023, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 6.56% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, average interest rate on new mortgage loans granted in Poland reached an all time high of 9.19% in 4Q2022 and an all time low of 2.83% in 1Q2021.
